Natraj makes the most tedious post-grinding process of ‘aatamaker cleaning’ very easy. Generally the grinding chamber gets cleaned automatically, because of its 2 minutes’ extra run process post grinding. However, to clean the chamber and the entire cabinet thoroughly, Natraj has developed a unique Power Clean System.

Regular Model

Autoclean models of Natraj clean itself by running 2 minutes extra after the grinding process. Thereafter, you have to clean the chamber with the provided wooden brush having fiber bristles.

Vacuum Model

A unique & powerful vacuum cleaning device which sucks / blows the residue that remains after Auto cleaning. The scientifically designed blower system and the powerful motor are strong enough to clean the flourmill completely; thus making it hygienic. This system is electronically controlled & switches off after 2 ½ minutes.

A unique Combination of Beauty & Sturdiness

Side Panels

Two Vertical sides of the cabinet are made of green-lam or equivalent pre-lam 12 mm thick MDF boards. Three horizontal planes – made of 16 mm hardcore plywood, makes the cabinet very strong & sturdy

Shutter Panels

Shutter is made of 18mm-MDF with Membrane High Gloss Acrylic | PVC cover or 18mm PLB with lamination

EDGE Banding

All sheets are edge banded by Rehau Top Class PVC edge band on German machines to keep it termite and moisture free.

Fitting

Whole cabinet is modular type and assembled with dowels, minifix & hinges. Specially designed nylon clamps fittings give it extra strength.
